You will be able to enjoy your room from 16:00pm on the first day of your booking. Nevertheless, at RH Hotels we do our best for the room to be ready before 14.00h. With regards to check-out, this should be done before 12pm on the day of departure.
Reservations with price discrepancies that include discounts greater than 30% off our official rate cannot be confirmed. In such cases, don't worry, we will refund any amount you have paid!
Do I need to add children or babies to the booking?
Yes, it is necessary to add all the guests. By guest we understand all physical person that will be staying at the chosen hotel, be it adult, child or infant. The hotel needs to have a prevision of the guests and ages of the occupants, as some room types won't fit an extra bed or cot.
When making a booking we consider children up to the age of 12 years included, after this, they are considered adults.

In order to access your room at the Hotel, the check-in time established by law is until 4:00 p.m. If an arrival is expected after 6:00 p.m., it is necessary to contact the hotel directly (the telephone number can be found in the reservation).
We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).
